Physical Evaluation Board & Veterans Affairs Appeals
Physical evaluation boards (PEBs) and VA disability appeals require a unique skill set in an attorney. Not only must the client’s advocate possess an understanding of the law that surrounds their issues, but also an appreciation for the compassion and patience that wounded, injured, or ill servicemembers may require as they navigate the legal process.
Ryan J. Sears has experience representing hundreds of clients in these matters that has helped him develop these necessary abilities, to speak nothing of the success his clients have received before the PEBs and VA. Ryan will work with you and your medical providers to build the best case possible to obtain the result you want, whether that is an increased disability rating, a medical retirement from military service, or even retention on active duty, he will tailor the arguments and evidence to match your desires. Allow Ryan to help you through this difficult, emotional, and challenging process to get the PEB or VA to recognize the true condition of your disability.
